In the wake of this singer announcing her engagement to Liam Hemsworth, the rocker - who collaborated with Miley last year on a duet of "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" - tells E! News that Cyrus is "one of the coolest people" and: "She's a very talented person and I shout out a mega congratulations to her." Every Rose Has Its Thorn Duet And what about the man soon to be Mr. Miley Cyrus? "You can tell Liam he rocks and he's a good dude." We'll be sure to pass that along. Last week, both of Miley's parents Tweeted their blessing to the star and her fiance, with Billy Ray Cyrus writing that his dreams as a father have now come true.
